★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this is my local gaming store but the service are really average. there are only few staffs knows what they doing and how to speak to the customers rest of them specially one of their chubby coloured hair staff member is always showing no patient and sometimes being rude on you. There are some other female staff members just basically lack of knowledges for gaming. It’s a nice small store with majority of wrong staff members. Hopefully it can improve in the future. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with them, they sold me a game, doesn't 't even work, I tried to return it next day of purchase it, the manager on the store didn't care and was pretty rude. I tried to contact them by email, same thing, been back and forth arguing with them, with no luck. Really bad customer service, can't even meet their obligations under the consumer act.

The one worker, who has short hair but use to have long hair and worked at the EB store in Queen Street and now works in St Luke's EB, shouted at me because I took to long to answer his question. The manager next to him did absolutely nothing. It seems he enjoyed his worker shouting at a customer, then the manager said your name is difficult to spell as if it was my fault. This happened years ago but I feel it is important to express and expose this. It should never go under the rug. Now wonder that store closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a reason why EB Games has just a bad reputation, I should have known better. I purchased online as it said the item was in stock, a board game that is $280! I went in to pick it up but because the store manager went to have a break right in the middle of the busy time the young lady left in charge did not click process in time so it cancelled the order. Their solution was for me to cancel the order and buy it again, knowing that I won’t get the money back for 10 days in other words buying it twice. Useless systems, undertrained un-empathetic staff. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
