β β β β β Normally a very good place to go, but unfortunately server wasnt the greatest forgetting about my baja chips an being reminded 3 times about them which ended up being way over seasoned. Dirty tables an when I asked for a cloth to clean one for our group he didn't even offer to clean up even tho he had no customers. He did not even have a cap on his hair. Our nachos were nice tho

β β β β β We placed order today through Uber eats. For 2 Grande melt double beef! We paid 46 dollars!! It was with free delivery by the way. We were shocked when we received the order. One burrito was with double beef another one was with just normal beef. There was no sour cream just cheese beef and beans. We rang the phone for hours no one reply. I just want to ask- are you drunk there or what? 46 dollars and you dare to make something like this??? Never order from them through Uber eats! Terrible staff working there

β β β β β Cajun chips and dip were great. Flavorful and chips were crunchy. The rice bowl I got though... the rice was dry and hard, which offsets the rest of the toppings. The medium spicy sauce had no spice in it at all.

β β β β β Reading the past reviews of Mad Mex, I can CONFIDENTLY say that Mad Mex has greatly improved and grown since then (no longer relevant). Store was neat & tidy; food was delicious; customer service was fast, accurate & professional; and my overall experience was fantastic (especially finding out I had a free burrito on the Mad Mex appβ¦remember to bring your phones people). Big shout out to the bro βTreyβ, for not only being a fantastic rep for Mad Mex but running the store by himself with effortless ease. Highly recommend to all looking for a feed in Westcity, Henderson :)
