β β β β β We have recently purchased a Bosch Combi wall oven from Kitchen Things, Tauranga. We are very pleased with this multi purpose oven. Thank you to Arna for your service, attention, helpfulness and fantastic cooking demonstrations. We had a sales demonstration and on purchase of our oven we were given a free demonstration on how to use the oven fully.
Now I use my oven fully much to Ania delight.

β β β β β We attended our Covid19 delayed Neff appliance demonstration with Arna in Tauranga yesterday.
She was both informed and delightful to deal with, making us realise how little we knew of the functionality of the cooking equipment we'd purchased .
We enjoyed a delightful lunch as well as expert tuition and left with enthusiasm to try out more cooking using the previously unknown functions!
We'd thoroughly recommend anyone purchasing new kitchen appliances to attend for the demo stations.

β β β β β I recently bought an oven and cooktop from Kitchen Things, Tauranga. When it came time to install the cooktop the gas fitter found a scratch on it. I rang Kitchen Things to find out what to do and was refered to the manager. He immediately said " I will be there in ten minutes with a new one". That's service! I can't recommend them highly enough. Even the gas fitter was impressed.

β β β β β On the 16/12/2020, I purchased a Bosch Gas Cook Top from the Tauranga branch, never opened the packaging until 20/01/2021 and found 2 small dents in my cook top. I called the branch and was told to contact Bosch directly as they do not warrant any manufacturing defects. I found the service absolutely terrible. I am now sitting with a brand new kitchen and a dented cook top.

She has some very useful household tips- especially about how to make the towels dry softer when using the front loading washing machine and cleaning cooktops, etc. The delicious lunch she cooked was an added bonus. β β β β β Received great service and exceptional understanding and patience as I had difficulty getting the exact cooktop to fit our bench cutout. They were able to change my order a couple of times and it took a while for it to be sorted out but in the end very happy with the product chosen. The installer was brilliant.
