★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service in store today, not once but twice my family were completely ignored.
We thought we would leave to give staff ( two staff members dealing with one couple) space to accommodate there customers only to return to be ignored again.
A third staff member appeared to return from a break only to ignore us also.
We will take our complete kitchen renovation business elsewhere!
And perhaps your staff could learn not to judge a book by its cover!

I usually hate going to appliance stores as I find customer service to either be rude or pushy, but the customer service here was amazing! Tony was such a big help and was super honest when we were looking at all the fridges. The fridge got delivered today and the two guys that came were amazing. Took the old fridge away and bought in the new one - with utmost care the whole time. Definitely won't be going anywhere else for kitchen appliances. Could not recommend this place enough.

She was very friendly and had an abundance of knowledge about the products, we were very impressed with her efforts and felt she went above and beyond to help us with our enquiries. Sharesse followed through with pricing that was emailed to us on the same day of our visit which we were very grateful for.
