★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this store a couple of months back and saw a couch we liked The salesman at the time told us there would be a 6 week delivery time. Today we came back( we live a 3 hrs drive away from this shop) to come and place the order. The salesman said it was 12 to 15 week delivery and was totally not interested even when we said we probably buy other bits and pieces as well. We asked him to ring the manufacturer to double check as we needed the couch in about 10 weeks time. No he was not ringing but gave us suggestions were in Hamilton we could shop for a couch. We followed his advice and went to the shop next door. Got the same lounge suite with a 6 week delivery time. Spend just over 5000 in the shop he recommended Very poor service.

Recently we had two of the plastic handles that operate the extending footrests on the couch break. We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations. Thanks- our lounge suite is as good as new again.
