★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some flares done at Kess which was a massive mistake for an eyelash extension virgin who knows nothing about these things. Came in today to have them removed right away and the lady who saw me was so nice and helped me through my pain, my eyes were starting to swell and wouldn’t stop stinging my entire drive there. I was more than 10 minutes late due to stopping on the side of the road to clear my vision and wait for the pain to ease before continuing to drive from Manukau to their studio. The glue was thick and uneven, although I was in pain she made me feel comfortable the entire time. I wish I heard about this place earlier! If I eventually get over my fear of extensions (thanks Kess) I would definitely be coming back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Kiwi lash n brow! I usually come for the lash lift + tint (very good results and nice service) and this time I came for my first session of microblading.
Julie is a professional, she is really precise and detail oriented until you’re happy. My eyebrows look amazing, very neat, thank you so much. I can’t wait for the second session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my lash extensions done, have been here before with amazing service and outcome so came back. This time round was completely different the lady was nice however after a week they all fell out and they offered a free fix. Came back in for the free fix and was honestly the most disgusting poor service I’ve ever received! Not only did the lashes all fall out again but during the service the lady had burped in my face and I could smell it through my thick cotton mask! I have messaged via instagram and have been called a liar and won’t be getting a refund ! Why should I have to come back after being told I’m lying about a situation that actually happened. No one should ever come here! They say they have a no refund policy but it is not stated anywhere ! Extremely annoyed with this service I have received this time round and definitely won’t be returning.
UPDATE: if you read the messages from my point of view and came to an understanding of how I am being treated then I would have my money back. Your refund states if it’s a “change of mind” which it is not. I have not changed my mind. I simply do not want to have to get my lashes done by a company who booked me in with two different girls in the last few weeks and did a horrible job and did a disgusting unladylike act. I’m sure if someone burped in your face whilst having a treatment you’d be just as disgusted and not wanting to return. A change of mind is if I have paid before getting my lashes done or after getting them done on the same day and saying no I don’t like these. In my situation they didn’t even stick for more than a week and the second time when I already had a free fix I got burped on. You could literally smell what she had for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie has been my go to lash artist when getting maximum volume's for an event. As it was such short notice, sadly I wasn't able to book in with her, Sophie was available, but was a bit worried as I had never met her before and I am fussy. I can say that Sophie's professionalism was wonderful. She knows her stuff and really did take her time with me. She did a superb job and wanted to say that I trust her and Julie with my lashes. I highly recommend this business and can easily give them a 5 star rating! The compliments are real and their lash game is strong! Thanks Sophie, glad I trusted my instincts :-)
