★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first motorhome trip as a family and we were so lucky to have Te Hiiri for the week. We had a great time touring up the West Coast of Northland to the top and then back again down the East Coast. Leon and Varnier were awesome at handover taking us through all of the inside and outside of our new home. It was really clean, and had everything we needed and having outside tables, chairs, boogie boards, and bikes (all of which we used) included in the fee was a great point of difference and really appreciated. The layout was awesome for a family of 4 – a double bed made up all the time with lots of storage around it and then the drop down bed above the seating area for the kids which we just pushed back up in the morning. Really comfortable motorhome and really easy to drive. Again at dropoff Leon and Varnier were so lovely to deal with and dropped us off at the airport – a pleasure to deal with. If we hire again in the areas Kiwi Motorhomes service we will only hire from them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired the van which (on pickup) we learnt is called Jordy - our son's name! So we were off to a great start.?
We travel extensively, but this was our first motorhome adventure. We appreciated the collection from Auckland airport and comprehensive practical advice on pick up. The van is very comfortable for two people and came fully equipped- including the extra e-bikes we booked (well worth it). Bed was extra comfy which was a pleasant surprise.
We spent 7 nights touring the Far North of NZ out of season and it was fantastic. Cycling, walking, kiwi hunting and (just!) warm enough for sea swimming. Excellent food and wine too.
Leon and Varnier were helpful, kind and friendly - highly recommend Kiwi Motorhomes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely company to deal with! Varnier and Leon were super flexible with arranging a short notice hire of a motorhome. Auckland was in the middle of a Covid-19 lockdown at the time of the hire, but they had approval to travel outside of the lockdown area to deliver "Awhimai" to Hamilton airport. They provided a comprehensive, socially distanced handover of the van to a couple of "newbies" like us.
We had a fantastic 9 days travelling around the East Cape, and down to Napier. The van was well designed and perfect for us as a couple . We particularly appreciated the proper (and comfortable) island Queen-size bed, which we did not have to make up each night.
The van was immaculately clean, well prepared and a pleasure to drive, and within an hour, I felt very comfortable behind the wheel.
This whole experience was first rate and has kindled a real interest for us to do more travel of this nature in the future. Thank you Varnier and Leon for making this such a painless and enjoyable experience. We hope to travel with you again in the future.

Luigi was our cosy, comfortable home for 36 days and we absolutely loved every bit of our trip. Leon and Varrnier are friendly, helpful and passionate about giving good customer experience -they were always on hand and reachable with advice, tips & solutions. They made hassle free arrangements to fix couple of issues that we experienced during our trip.

Leon & Varnier could not have made our experience any easier …welcoming, pleasant and professional. “Muscles” the campervan was a joy, well appointed, easy to drive, and came with everything needed for a great holiday. After 7 days and 1000kms around the North Island we were only warming up, and it was sad to have to end the trip and give Muscles back. We will return, and highly recommend Kiwi Motorhomes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before covid, my wife and I travelled extensively in New Zealand and overseas on a regular basis. Since March 2020, due to lockdowns etc and non-covid health issues for us both, we had not travelled far from home except for medical reasons. This was our chance to get back into that travel mode again.
At short notice, Varnier and Leon managed to arrange for a ten day break in their motorhome, "Jordie". We had requested a island bed and they went out of their way to accommodate this request. The motorhome was spotless and a real pleasure to drive and stay in.
Fully equipped and very comfortable. Slept like a log every night.
Leon and Varnier seemed like old friends from our first meeting and were so helpful in making our short break so special. Would recommend Kiwi Motorhomes 100%. Thank you guys.
