★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest you shop elsewhere for anything other that basic shed or you want bird proofing.
Started well with helpful interaction in design however was very disappointed with finish.
Be careful around CoC completion and retention payment.
1) Building is 25mm out of square across1.5m in corner
2) Supplied bathroom vent was paid for but not fitted.
3) Boundary joists on decks only secured with nails (major safety issue picked up their own supervising engineer but not attended to). Fortunately council inspector picked this up but Kiwispan disputed responsibility so I had remedy this major failure for safety and compliance
4) Finishing remedial work was not attended to.
5) 2nd Door remote control supplied 3 months after completion
