★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel the receptionist or whatever she is, is so arogant and rude, and thats just facts... finished calling to see if my puppy could get vaccinated before i finished my sentance she interrupted and straight away said "NO" didnt even offer available slots for next week... I wouldn't trust my pup going anywhere near an impatient representative or service with an attitude like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my dogs had a 5mm lump oh his head, I didn't want to have him sedated for removal so was interested in alternative treatments. This clinic was recommended to me and after 3_5 days of the treatment recommended the lump was flat.

But I have no idea how the vet can require so little of herself.
My wife and I were deeply distressed by her behaviour. We WILL be following up on it.
We're still in shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brett is a fantastic vet! Caring, kind and knowledgeable. My cat doesn’t like many people, but she loves Brett. Unfortunately this clinic is let down by their receptionist. She is rude, cuts you off when talking and dismissive. Understand that this is a busy and popular vet clinic, but being busy is no excuse for being rude, particularly when vet check ups can be stressful. If Brett wasn’t there, I would absolutely change clinics purely based on the experience I am faced with every time I call up or bring my cat in. Not pleasant and ruins your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Brett for 18 years. Best vet ever. And the best surgeon I ever came across. Keyhole spay surgery, and a brilliant repair on one of my cats. Amazing work. Always got good advice, treated and saved my other cats ulcerated eye, touch and go for a while but you'd never know now she had a problem. Highly recommended.

Great practice, friendly team. Extra care was given around my nervous dog.
This is a great way to get your pet care without feeling like you have to suppress the ailment with pharmaceuticals. Can't wait. Very affordable prices. Great treatment plans!
