★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here a few times with excellent service and great donuts. However last night I thought id treat my kids to a dozen assorted donuts, the drive thru lady was lovely we asked is that one of each, yes she replied or you can pick your own. Ok great we asked for one of each bar 3 types (so 3 would have 2) no problem she said. And 4x kreme shakes. Close to $60. Cool pull up pay she is lovely. However the person we got the donuts and passed them to us was extremely rude and her attitude was disgusting after I questioned why we have 2 each of only 5 flavors her reply was we ran out (what even of the glazed donut) what do you want me to do? Um wow that's terrible customer service "WE ALL READY HAVE THEM IN OUR HANDS SO I GUESS WHAT WE WANT IS YOU TO TELL PEOPLE WHEN ORDERING THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 6TYPES AVAILABLE)" she just rolled her eyes and walked off. This type of behavior will lose you valuable customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been multiple times since it opened, but by far had the best experience tonight (28/04) just before closing time by Caitlyn at New Lynn Branch. She was so patient and welcoming and friendly, it made my night! Keep it up you absolute star!! As well as to all the other staff who’ve provided great service at the drive through window!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is always on point and the manager in the mornings is amazing always remembers me and my order. The rest of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Donuts are ALWAYS fresh and tasty. Highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your policy has lost a customer. , don’t bother going on Sunday pass 7 o’clock, very useless at making shakes. Order 3 shakes that were no where near the standard of the rest of my experiences, to the point where I’m leaving a review which I have never done before, for any establishment. The employees on this shift obviously have cognitive issues. I order shakes that had no flavouring which I then had to swap to get the shake I desired after driving back from my home to sort out the ordeal, leaving my original shake I had with me would have made my time worth it. Again Your policy has lost customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to New Lynn store for the first time today. Ordered the Sampler deal. I see on their board there are 12 different flavoured donuts to choose from but 3 of them were not available so asked for 2X of strawberry jams, 2X caramel delights, 2X choc custard and 1 of all other flavours available to make the 12pk.
Get home and NAH!!!! Not what we ordered and not worth the drive to go back and get it sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at the drive thru. The donuts are pricey for how much they cost given they are not too big. They are delish though: light and fluffy. I also like the filling all the way through the donut but theirs just goes halfway through

The staff are 100% awesome.
The drive through is brilliant.
Quality is high.
Site is clean.
Prices are OK, menu needs to stand out more. Although I was not expecting it, I did have Dunkin Donut bias while looking around at options.
Overall looking forward to getting to know the business and menu more.
If you are in Newlynn or passing through, call past even if its just for the one off experience.
