★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small child was running around the store, singing and yelling. After my eye lash tinting, noticed black around my eyes. Had my eyebrows waxed too and noticed wax on my face. Terrible customer service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad visit at Vish. The staff who dealt with me was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Can improve by having friendly staff, who can deal, accept and apologise once they've messed up with their clients face. The staff manager itself messed up with my eyebrows, changing the whole shape of one. The other junior staff did my second eyebrow, different shape. As I complained, the manager was very rude, banging equipment on the table. After about 20 minutes, she apologised however in a very rude way excusing it was the end of the day. The reason very unacceptable for such poor attitude, shouldn't have booked us in the first place if they can't handle customers end of the day. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eyebrow were uneven, when I told the lady she said no only slightly. They look really bad, but they didn't do anything about it. Should have gone to my normal place sheer beauty in chartwell. Never had a problem there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today and I was horrified when I came home and looked at my eyebrows, they left the tint on far too long, it’s terrible uneven. I could have done a better job myself. I wish I refused to pay until they fixed it, I would rather have no eyebrows than what mine look like right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove an hour 30mins to get my brows and upper lip threaded for a function I had to attend this week and honestly hated the shape of my eyebrow, it was soo painful and because I was so upset with my brows I dint check if my upper lips was done probably. I can literally see all the hairs on my upper lip, idk what she was doing for soo long and it was super painful. I always get threading done and this is the worst place to get it done get. I just want my
Money back now. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go as they actually do not follow the beauty regulations of a salon as the lash tint is not meant to sting and they get it in your eye as well. Went once and she caused me conjunctivitis.
