★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on a busy Saturday morning to have bloods done. The labtest phlebotomist was very professional and even took time to asking me how was my day etc. The clinic was very busy when I walked in, most technicians were all in 'good spirits'.
The phlebotomist she definitely made me feel like a 'person' instead of being just another patient.

Professional and quick. I was all done in about 10 minutes (or less).

Had a blood test at Labtests Mt Eden this afternoon.
Upon arrival I informed them that even at my age I was embarrassed to say I was needle phobic and that I had phoned Labtests earlier in the week and they had informed me to ask for a senior phlebotomist to draw the blood.
So I did that and wow - had a very lovely lady who had been a phlebotomist for 22 years! She was caring and empathetic to my fear of needles - resulted in a painless experience - amazeballs!
Short wait too which at 4.30pm was fantastic!
Being needle phobic I would therefore totally recommend Labtests in Mt Eden - just superb!
