★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service - yet hidden fees (beware) - I had a cap fall off and it needed to be glued back on and I called and spoke to the receptionist who misquoted me over $100. When I inquired she stated that it would be $50-$60 for the consultation, about another $50-$60 for the Xray and that if the cap was not damaged then they would simply reapply it. Well, I went to the dentist and the tooth was fine and they reapplied it and when I went to check out the dentist told me it was $260! This is WAY more than the $120-$140 I was quoted on the phone. When I went to check out the receptionist was not there for me to bring it up to. It was the dentist who checked me out and when I told him what had happened he lowered the price down to $240. This was nice of him but at the same time this was WAY over what she had quoted me and nothing changed in the procedure. I went in.. they took an xray.. they glued back on my tooth.. My partner also called this dentist to inquire about a cleaning and the receptionist was extremely vague again with her pricing. She stated how the price ranges depending on how dirty they are and how she couldn't really tell how much it would be. It was very vague and in the end my partner did not feel comfortable so called somewhere else in Queenstown who gave him a direct quote. They said it would be $X for the cleaning and $Y for anything in addition. It seems like this place just makes prices up as you go and the receptionist has no idea what she is quoting. With that being said, the receptionist was extremely lovely while I waited for my appointment (even though my appt was at 12:00 and I saw the dentist at 12:50). She was lovely and so was the dentist. They made feel very welcome. They are nice people but in the end of the day if you seemingly scam me out of $100 then it doesn't matter how nice you were. I would suggest another dentist in Queenstown.

* greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist that explained where everything was, great facility for kids I have a 1 year old and there was a kiddy section in the waiting room.
*slight wait for the appointment but I don't mind waiting a little when you get the service You receive
*im petrified of needles so got offered gas (you even get to pick the flavour) and numb cream for gums (also get to pick flavour)
*when you lie back in the chair your looking at a flat screen tv.
*the dentist explains thoroughly what you need to get done and sets a plan in place and works around a time frame that you can afford
*ge also gave me some really handy tips that I've never been told before
Can hands down reccomend this dentist, and for me to say that trust me that's a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly reception. Made me feel completely at ease which was really important for me, with lots of options for pain relieve with the treatment I was having.
My 4 year old also had some technical work done on his front tooth and both the dentist and nurse were amazing with him. I highly recommend this dentist for friendliness, being professional and having confidence in the treatment they are giving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Queenstown for holiday and went here for emergency after my son fell and damaged his teeth. We managed to get a booking within the day and didn't have to wait for long. Everyone here is extremely friendly and kind. Explained everything nicely and tried their best to give us peace of mind.
The receptionist here is the nicest I've ever seen.
