★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Laser Clinics at Northlands for nearly a year. I'm a hairy Italian girl and have struggled with hair removal my whole life. Upon recommendations from friends, I went to this Laser Clinics to ask about hair removal. From the first moment they were warm, informative, and reassuring. After just the first treatment, I had a significant reduction in hair growth on my legs and underarms. After 7 treatments, I only shave before my appointment! This has really changed my life, as I was shaving every day and dealing with a lot of ingrown hairs and rash - not to mention all the hot water and time in the shower! I highly recommend this Laser Clinic. They'll take care of you.

The store is always immaculate in cleanliness and presentation. Dani is very informative and professional she really makes you feel comfortable and at ease, talking you through each treatment. prior and during treatments. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience every time from Dani at Northlands. She is full of info and able to answer all my many questions clearly and she's lovely to chat to also. I was very anxious when starting laser treatment for PCOS hair growth but i have had great results over time and would highly reccomend to others with similar conditions to give it a go. Awesome staff, friendly service and a lovely tidy, clean clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting laser hair removal for the past 6 months and every visit is always a pleasure. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. I have recently started my skin journey there as well and Megan was lovely. As it was my first time, she explained step by step what she was doing and suggested using some of their skin care products but was not pushy about it. Would 100% recommend!

A complete shambles when I booked my first appointment for teeth whitening and then when I was due to go for my second appointment they cancelled and couldn't fit me in for another 3 weeks. The whole thing was a waste of time and money. I rang to speak to the Manager and was told she would ring me back... 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting!
