★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store at Northlands twice. The first time i went, there was a sales person working who did not even greet me and my daughter when we entered the store. Not only that she was constantly on her phone and I am pretty sure she saw both me and my daughter in the store but she did not even attend us at all and so we left. Very rude and very bad customer service skill. The second time i went, i was greeted by a lady named Quin (i think thats how her name is spelled). She was very cheerful and totally changed my perception of the sales people working at Smiggle. She suggested items that would be suitable for my daughter and also suggested what my daughter would like and yes she really loved it! Thank you Quin for your help and for your excellent customer service skill. I wish you the very best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is colourful and the fun but the prices are way to much for what they’re worth. A pen for $10, a small backpack for $60! The staff are really nice and helpful. They have a good reward system: when you make 10 purchases you get a small free gift!
