★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favourite place in New Brighton. So disappointed with the attitude of the owners and staff around vaccine passes and mask wearing. We have so many vulnerable and immune-compromised in our community whom you are choosing to ignore over your own selfish views. The rules are there for a reason, but I guess you know better than over 90% of the country. We won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the start the service was average. They asked us to sign up for some club or something not sure what it was but have no idea why I would need to sign up for anything just to eat there. I ordered the kumara chips which were alright but very bland and only came with a tiny side of sour cream - no other sauces. My partner had the beach fries which were terrible. Overall the experience was incredibly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone seemed to be having a great time, and in awe at the enormous portions. Such a great rejuvenation project, and we loved that it’s vegan friendly. Fellow diners joined in conversation, and there was a nice vibe. My electric car could charge right outside, while we watched the sunset
A real breath of fresh air, as we took a stroll down the pier afterwards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe it took us so long to find this place.
The decor, ambience, lighting, service & food were all brilliant.
Prices very reasonable, so many lovely touches with the decor, a jungle of a bathroom.
The staff were knowledgeable of the menu, unobtrusive, attentive and patient.
We’ll definitely be back.
P.s. we were half way through our meal before we realised it was a vegetarian restaurant, plus prawns and eggs, but the choice was so expansive we didn’t notice the absence of meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was my fav place to eat in New Brighton - until my recent visit. None of the staff was wearing a mask and we were not asked to show our vaccine pass, although both of these are a requirement. Every single customer who walked in was wearing a mask - does this not show you that your customers care about their health and safety and that of others during this pandemic? But you obviously don’t care about your customers - so disappointing. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back to your establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the way they do it here. ? You tell your friends and they come and they love it. Good view of the ocean from up stairs. Has a Mediterranean feel about it. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The coffee and the pizza is great.

Great service,tasty food and atmosphere..
Views of the ocean , and the Saturday Market.
Highly recommended.
Side note. Awesome photos on the wall of New Brighton / Chch surfing history .
Worth coming just for that, if you're into surfing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is nice here fir a lunch date ir a quick coffee. The coffee is VERY good and I don't say that about too many places in chc. I highly reccomend a cup! The waits staff are very friendly and informative and nothing us a problem for them. I read the menu and really liked the look of the dishes I am already planning to come back here with my family for dinner. My good friend told me that sometimes bands play there, which is my idea of a nice time, going out and eating a great meal with a band playing! Fun! I liked almost everything about this place. I highly recommend coming here for a casual dinner or a couple of local craft beers.
