β β β β β Came here to collect my prescription with insanely sick toddlers. Picked it up, drove all the way home to find out that the antibiotics my daughter requires wasnβt in there and the strawberry Paracetamol needed was the orange flavour. Called them, and spoke with pharmacist about these and apologies for different flavour as they have different strengths and said theyβre actually out of stock of the antibiotic. Why do I have to call to find this out?
I understand these issues completely! BUT TELL ME WHEN IM AT THE COUNTER COLLECTING MY SCRIPT!! Your lack of communication means I have to try and take my children back out to go find another that does do it, my daughter wonβt drink the orange stuff so will most likely have no Pamol this weekend... canβt get it redone because you have already stamped it.
Your lack of communication has thrown this already stressed out mother over the edge. Get your act together and make it clear to customer upon pickup - you have no idea what trickle down effects you incompetence has!

Checking changes to medication protocol, information sharing, efficient communication - I have never had this level of service and professionalism from any other pharmacy. β β β β β I came into Life Pharmacy at Northwest for my second jab, and the team were attentive, friendly (funny) and very informative. Their vaccination set up was quite calming. One observation Iβve consistently had about this particular pharmacy is how clean, tidy and orderly it is. Itβs easy to find things. Iβve reached out to their Pharmacists regularly for professional advice and I always find they go above and beyond.
Also, considering the current climate it was really really good to see the team wiping things down after customers had come In. Itβs nice for the rest of us customers to walk into a sanitised area.
Thank you all for being on the frontline and helping the rest of us with a smile on your face (under those masks)!

β β β β β My Daughter and her best friend was stopped and accused of stealing merchandise from the store by the store manager. My Daughter picked up something and placed it on another shelf as she didn't want the product in the beauty section. (I mentioned to her this was not right to do and to ensure she places items back to where they belong.) When the girls were stopped the manager on duty asked to check their bags not once but multiple times as they were searching for the product. They girls let the staff check everything, nothing was found. They were also threatened by manager that the police would be called (why didn't the manager ask the minors for the parents numbers as well???). My daughter and her friend kept telling the manager she placed it back on the shelfs and asked the manager please check the camera because they didn't steal anything. The manager refused to check the footage as it was a waste of her time. When the girls found the product and proved they didn't take anything they were let go with an attitude without even a simple apology.
I went into the store to speak to the manager as the girls were treated very badly even after they proved they did nothing. I asked the manager why they were not given an apology after finding they did nothing wrong. The manager clearly states to me "I didn't feel the need to apologize" I was furious but maintained a professional attitude. What I donβt understand is -Cameras were not checked at all, they were wrongfully accused and were mistreated. The least the Manager could have done was to apologise and have the kids call their parents to explain why these kids were being harassed.
