β β β β β I had an issue with my smartphone that none of my family could fix. And Im very glad that I came in and spoke to David last week. He genuinely wanted to help, which I find very rare these days. David knew the exact problem, recommended me the product I needed, and also solved the issue not once but twice! While also communicating with me every step of the way on what he was doing. I have my granddaughter help me write this review just for him, he deserves to be recognized. Such an incredible positive young chap, excellent service, will definitely recommend to friends and family!

He asked questions about lifestyle, gave options and allowed deals within his authority scope. But I highly recommend David as a knowledgeable and trustworthy sales person. Iβll be back to have my laptop screen fixed.

β β β β β Amazing service. Went there with doubts. Had checked other phone repair shops inside malls, was not helpful, even Samsung service center suggested a long procedure. Issue was about occasionally SIM card getting disconnected and it happened only intermittently.
The person there (named David, I think ?) understood the problem well, checked right away and suggested a swap of an internal board and asked to come back in few days again so he could order meanwhile. Went there as suggested in 2 days with my phone, he had got a replacement board, had it swapped/ serviced in next 40min.
Really pleased by the service.
