★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever told the women I had 5 foils put in bleached and wanted a full head foil. She promised me she was able to save my hair and do the coloring so we went ahead. During the bleaching they had customer coming in so she went on doing another customer no timer on for how long and hour plus in the chair I told her my head stinging she came to check and said it's ok then I said my hair snapping and falling out she then said it's normal and continue with other customer. By the time got to my hair my hair was falling ou alot they put in a toner of another hairdressers choice making it darker then washed out and retoned it by then Couple hours later was time to pick up my kids so they did my hair up fast 10-3pm then Auckland went into lockdown. Since my hair never been the same I put treatment in etc I lost so much length AND hair just falls out every time. Worse experience ever.

Jessica did an amazing job, extremely skilled and was very professional - answering all my questions, etc. I love this haircut! Thank you and will be definitely coming back! Thanks, Tori.

Joy came in on her day off to do my hair and spent so much time making sure it was perfect. I am so thankful! The girls at this branch in general are so friendly!!! Defintely coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to northwest synergy , and Jess cut my hair , honestly she has restored my faith in hairdressers , I came out of that salon another woman! Jess and her work colleague were beautifully amazing and I never felt so at ease even though I was the last customer and late at night they gave me amazing service . I will only go there from now on and see Jess. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again! My hair has been gorgeous! And your blow drying skills blows me away! Thank you xo

I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted, she asked a few questions to reconfirm the length and style, and she had a few suggestions herself. Turned out to be a fab haircut that my partner had hers done the next weekend ? highly recommended and will definitely be back!
