Opened 5 min late and the staff member was more worried about making sure their Halloween makeup was correct than actually serving the customer in front of them. Then to be only told oh sorry the whole computer system is down and we can't sell anything. Ummmm what were the staff all doing in the 15min before the doors opened. Wouldn't you get the sales system up and running as a first priority when getting to work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife was shopping so I decided to kill time checking out the cologne and fragrance section today. I was served by a European man with a stylish haircut light blonde hair (didn't get his name)who knew I was there just window shopping but he still took the time to show me the different fragrances for myself and my 2 boys to test. I have only just begun my journey into the fragrance world so it was nice to test out the various parfums I only saw on YouTube clips. I am regretting not asking for his name but I will make my next purchase with him after his excellent service today around 2.30pm 06/01/2021 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by Robyn. She was very friendly and helpful. She allowed me to try my purchase to ensure it was the right size and made enquiries as to what the issue was to see if the product was right for my needs. She also gave me a free sample of some natural pain relief cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came here as I had a mouth ulcer. When I asked the male pharmacist at the front desk if they had any remedies for canker sores, he pointed me to an aisle that sold lip balms and cold sore creams. Although I was skeptical if that was the right place for it, I bought it since pharmacists have a reputation for giving accurate recommendations. The ointment was a cold sore treatment that costed me $21 and I went home to apply it to my canker sore in my mouth, but it did nothing, my mouth still hurt. That was a poor recommendation and I wasted my money on something useless. Their pharmacists don't seem to know very much about providing recommendations for certain health care treatments...and I am upset with that.
