★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are great. They are really helpful whether you're using the posting service or the pharmacy side of things. There's a room to use for addressing your items to post as well. The pharmacists give excellent advice so use their knowledge before you make a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always been well looked after at this Pharmacy the staff here are so knowledgeable I feel very comfortable and confident discussing any health issue with them and for more serious or personal matters the Pharmacist is more than happy to take the time away from his work and have a private consultation with me. I have built a great relationship with these people and they even know me by name and am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello when I enter. I feel like a valued customer! Won't go anywhere else. Thank you to the amazing team at Newlands Pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff aren't outright rude but seriously pedantic and misinformed.
I had to have scripts amended verbatim before they would fill them and often would change their minds about what I'm allowed on my scripts to be subsidised.
Government determines what I'm subsidised for, not you, not the pharmacy. Go elsewhere.
