★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been to a lighting shop close by and got ignored until we were leaving. We went into Lighting Plus and were met by Pepe who offered to help. We were wanting to purchase two ceiling fans and were given the remotes to use and see which fan would suit us. Although we went in about 25 minutes before closing Pepe and Phil were very attentive. They got the sale due to their excellent service and are a credit to Lighting Plus - we will be back !!

Communication was non existent after I bought a product, had to follow up myself to get an update on when my order would arrive, wasn’t given an estimate on ETA or a follow up email which they promised over the phone. Finally went in to store a week after it was supposed to have arrived to see what was going on only to find my order had in fact arrived and no one had bothered to get in touch. Customer service was terrible when I went in, I explained the situation and was met with a rude and condescending reply. Would not recommend and won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to return. Was told that extra can be returned so I ordered quite a few extra for the job. However, when bring back in brand new condition. I was advised 25% stocking fees will be applied. I would suggest to be honest with customers. advise all associate costs for a return. I would not have had any issues. Very simple to be transparent and honest with your customer. I will not spend a dollar at your store again for any project. It is a shame that the staff is amazing. Tony is the best guy. He did everything in his power to help me but the owner would not let him do that. Thank you Tony for your help.
