About Lincoln Rd Co Kids Childcare
A Team Leader heads the consistent team of teachers in each of our centres’ aged-grouped rooms. Our team leaders are fully registered and qualified early childhood teachers who hold the responsibility for overseeing the programme planning and implementation in their rooms. They work closely with the centre manager and are involved in recruitment and resourcing decisions for their rooms.
At Co Kids 100% of the government regulated, minimum employed staff is covered by qualified early childhood teachers. Our Co Kids centre is staffed to levels above minimum adult to child ratios and our additional staff members include primary trained teachers and teachers in training who are currently studying towards a recognised ECE qualification.
Co Kids encourages all staff members to engage in ongoing learning in the belief that extended knowledge and strengthened teaching practices benefits children. A robust performance review, and healthy professional development budget ensures individual teaching goals are identified and supported by relevant professional development opportunities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently got our little one into Co Kids Lincoln Road, she joined when she was 10 months old and we couldn't be happier with the whole process! This is an amazing day care, we knew from the moment we visited that this was the place for our little girl, seeing how much she has developed and grown since she started has been so special :)
The space is beautiful, lots of thought and purpose put into its design, it harvests their creativity and allows them a great sense of freedom (of course within boundaries which caters to each child) they can explore, learn and grow so much better here, I know she is getting the right care and stimulation she needs. I couldn't feel more comfortable with her being here.
The staff are excellent - very caring, kind and understanding - the way of teaching and philosophies they use with the kids is fantastic, it has taught me to be a better mum with some of the ways they do things.
Best daycare I have been introduced too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a first time mum, I was very reluctant to put my daughter in daycare especially since she has always been particularly shy and very rarely would go to anyone but myself.
Co Kids allowed me to do several visits prior to my daughter's first day to ensure that she would feel as comfortable as possible, which really softened the whole process. This gave my daughter the chance to adjust to the new environment and meant that there were familiar faces to greet her on her first day.
The ladies at Co Kids made the whole transition very smooth and my daughter has quickly developed relationships with each of the lovely ladies at Co Kids.
I feel comforted knowing that I am leaving my daughter with people who really care about her and who go the extra mile to make sure her individual needs are met and that she feels safe and valued.
The daycare itself is beautifully open and light and offers an abundance of learning and self exploratory opportunities.
I have already seen my daughter's confidence grow significantly in the short time that she has been attending Co Kids and am very happy with her development so far! I cannot thank the lovely ladies at Co Kids enough for taking such wonderful care of my sweetheart!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child loved his time with Co Kids. Right from the get go we found them kind, and wonderful carers for our boy. All the children looked happy every time I dropped off and picked up our wee man. The centre has plenty of fun activities to keep your young one entertained and learning and the teachers are wonderful amazing people. Our child has made wonderful friendships and learned how to communicate effectively as well as becoming confident and happy in his environment. Co kids will be sadly missed but we will treasure all the wonderful memories and friendships made over our time with them.

I was drawn in by the gentle and respectful philosophy that this centre holds in high regard with each child having a primary carer who puts them to sleep, feeds and changes them. All of the staff at the centre are so wonderful and kind and even Michelle the chef has wonderful relationships with the children too. My son loves going here, they provide fun and new environments constantly, nurture their growth and the outdoor and indoor areas are spacious and well designed. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co Kids Lincoln Road teachers are fabulous - passionate and kind hearted from the leadership team, to the teachers, to Michelle who makes amazing food for the children. My son is in Preschool and I have seen him develop amazing friendship with the children. It’s an amazing daycare, you get a nice vibe from when you enter and it’s a very nice feeling leaving my son at a place where there are a lot of happy laughs and great enjoyment. The teachers take a lot of pride in their work and the centre is beautiful and well kept. My son started there wen he was 15 months old (he is now 4) and I am very pleased to have chosen Co Kids for us.

But to my surprise, she settled in so well and found her place in the center. I admire the teachers for being trustworthy, nurturing and respectful.
