He shud resign... zero rating
They just charge money and do nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv been going to this doctors since they started actually was there when it was white cross before they took over. This doctors is useless and are all about money and just push you through without actually caring about you there patients. I go there around 1pm to 2pm usally and they always say "we are closed for bookings" or "the doctors are finishing soon" then I I either have to go to there other branch in otara (witch I dont to far) or go down stairs to the a&e where they charge $45 a visit this is not on east tamaki health care if you cant take on the demand of patients get more doctors in. My rating is a zero for you guys thanks for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was suffering and was in immense pain in the abdomen and she booked for an appointment, but they made her wait 2 hours after her time. This is unacceptable and the staff is unprofessional. The doctor who's seen her later did "nothing" and just told her that her pain is nothing to worry about cause they couldn't find anything wrong with her, people don't just have pain for no reason. She shouldn't be charged for her appointment considering the doctor did absolutely "nothing". If I could give this so called "Healthcare" a zero for the rating I would! This place needs to be re-accessed and closed down. Much improvement needed for this place. Dont go here you will regret it.
