β β β β β We stayed at Lomond Lodge in January 2020. The room was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom modern and gorgeous and our room came with a view on the mount and small outdoor area for relaxing. The rooms all had coffee machines, microwaves a there is an access to a laundry machine and dryer. This hotel is a few minutes walking distance to town and gondola, amongst others. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

The bed was nice a big one no partner disturbance loved it!!!!!
The room was very clean no problems there
Didnt like being on the back side of the hotel would of perferred room with a view and balcony

β β β β β Great stay at Lomond Lodge. Close to shops and eateries. And staff were fantastic. There are limited office hours but they have a great email service to let you know when youβre rooms ready and we just left keys in room when we left. Would definitely come back again.

β β β β β My partner & I had originally booked Lomond Lodge for 3 nights for our stay in Queenstown but 1 day in we were thrown into lockdown, & ended up being stuck & not able to return home, thank goodness we were able to extend our stay at the lodge which ended up being 2 weeks, with no trouble whatsoever. Such great, friendly people who made our stay so comfortable & catered to anything we needed over that time! Fantastic! 10/10 Lomond Lodge whould definitely recommend this accommodation to any travelling to Queenstown great location & great people!

The apartments were surrounded by roadworks which we weren't warned of, the carparks are tiny, the outside of the apartment smelled of marajuana, inside was a noisy air con/heatpump and a bathroom where a person couldn't even stand up straight to get to the toilet. Appreciating the no refund policy, there was little attempt to work with me to partial refund the 4 nights we didn't bother to stay and the room was confirmed as re-rented so this dump got double their money! I did not ask for a full refund but absolutely no give was given. Needless to stay, we stayed in a beautiful place as there are many around. I would never stay at Lomond and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

β β β β β Lomond lodge is a great place to stay in Queenstown. it will always be the place I go to first when I need to stay in town. the rooms are well kept and it is an easy place to spend a few days and enjoy queenstown. Ana at reception is a superstar.
