★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The units are clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is right in town, no hills to climb, which worked well for us since we just finished doing the Milford Track. Will come back and stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t fault the location of this apartment, just a two minute walk to the town centre. Definitely the best thing it had going for it. It was a nice warm room.
The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained. Holes in walls and two different lights were out so the room was quite dim. You’d be more comfortable sleeping in the bathtub than the foldout couch. Also incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. The main bed was only slightly more comfortable, but the linen was of poor quality. The kitchen ventilation was inadequate for cooking and the hot water temperature was set too high.
Could easily be a 5 Star with a little effort put into maintenance and some better quality fixtures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dated property. Old and damaged furniture. Threadbare carpeting. Marked damaged & walls. Internet connectivity extremely unreliable.Not an executive suite as advertised, at best a well used 3 star family unit. Staff very pleasant and helpful though and one saving grace is proximity to town centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed at St James apartments twice, and about to be there a third time! Apartments are clean and nice, not super fancy, but very liveable. Still a lot more room than a hotel room.
The reason to stay there - the location is absolutely fantastic! So close to everything, on the flat, best location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location to town is Ok. Place was ok, though honestly feel an Air-BnB would be better for less money. There wasn't adequate heating downstairs in the twin bedrooms. Not for a place that is in Queenstown - heating should be better thought through. The Internet plan was horrible, from the early 2000's. If you need internet, don't stay here. 0.96-1.4mbs. Limited to 1GB a day, 5 devices.1-3 bars of wi-fi, would drop often. Quite simply not workable in a modern world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location good, bed was comfy and kitchen well equipped. However, the worst thing was the parking lots are so close together and in underground garages with low concrete beams on entry- my partner had to lean down to walk under. Some are too low to drive into without scraping your car roof! The decor is dated and there are limited plugs for charging a phone. Customer service was very basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 adults and our 8yr old, we stayed in 1bed superior apartment, probably is a 4star but giving it 5 stars.
Clean, modern, warm and location is fantastic. Towels changed daily and bed made daily.
The property is right on the the boarder of the main retail hub of town. Make sure you book using your mobile and you received 10% discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite modern in fittings and decor. The kitchen facilities are clean, crisp and work well. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer provided. Overall a very well run business. A carpark is provided, importantly a 2 min walk to the CBD.
