β β β β β Very noisy with people coming and going no doors slamming, single glazed windows that made apartment very cold, kitchen with only three forks and no knives??? Ok for a cheap place to stay but not great for families. Tight parking access, oh and the music coming from the apartment above, really loud and management have not been ale to address.

β β β β β I'll start with the pros:
The apartments are in an excellent location on the waterfront with a fantastic view from the top floor. We were happy to receive clean towels each day.
Now on to the cons:
The place seemed dirty and extremely tired. The curtains, carpet and couches were filthy and broken. Under the door stoppers was a build up of dust. The stairs were creaking and we could feel movement in some of the top steps. Some of the crockery had not been washed properly. In the bathroom, the shower head would not remain at the top of the slider which required pushing up every minute. The upstairs toilet window handle was broken off so would not shut. A CRT TV that came out of the arc was being stored in the main bedroom downstairs, potentially working but we didn't want to try (it's from the previous millennium). Duvet cover designs were very dated and one of the spare blankets supplied was dirty. The coffee table upstairs was delaminating and heavily scratched with chips out of it. Most of the photos show the apartments in the front row of the complex which are much neater and recently renovated compared to the apartment we stayed in. For the record, we stayed in apartment 14, which is necessary to mentions as each apartment seems to be done up differently. Parking was very tight, and one night we didn't manage to find a park in the assigned spaces. Honestly, we could go on, but hopefully someone reading this will see our point.

β β β β β We are a family of four and enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is perfect with garage car park provided. The view at the balcony is breath taking. It has all the amenities we needed - full sized kitchen, laundry and lounge.
The apartment is slightly seasoned so could use a bit of touch up. Hence its price is not as exorbitant as others in town.

β β β β β I will give for no starsοΌSee pictures, I canβt believe it, this price gives bad quality. Bad maintenance. The dirtiest and worst apartment I have ever had. Hot water is yellow for both tap and shower. The quilt cover has stain on it. Everything here are old and dirty. See all the pictures were post on booking websiteοΌthey are totally different!!!!!!! We are being deceivedοΌTeakettle has used for a long time and the lid was broken. If the owner expect better reviewοΌI suggest to change old stuff here and fix all the things that were damaged. I will never come back again!!!!! Of course the price is not worthy for this kind of apartment. You can find better and clean hotel instead of this in town!

2- hot water colour was rusty and smelly from tap
3-rooms were dusty and smelly bedsheet
4-bad reception of tv even for free view channels were not coming
5- not suitable for toddlers as stairs is dangerous and it was not mentioned before booking
6- tea kettle was rusty

β β β β β Door lock broken - no assistance when we informed reception. did not help when another party left around 1am worried about 'safety' during an alteration with 'locals' -very busy driveway late at night. shoved a chair under the front door handle.

β β β β β Absolutely loved this place especially the view and the outstanding bathroom we had the only downside was my room was cold didnβt have sunlight but there were electric blanket and heaters which made up for it but canβt wait to come back again
