★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner with my parents. This place is always reliable for good food. The staff were friendly and the food good quality as normal. The terakihi was so fresh. Even got some giveaways this evening a nice mustard and grill spray. Very lone star I have been to gives you the same good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pork belly meal was very good, beautiful tender pork , veggies lovely and sauce fantastic flavour. The only tiny moan was the crackle could have been a little bit more crunchy. Partners fish meal was great as well. Second meal there recently, both times have been very good. A lovely waiter with fantastic people skills. Thanks Lone Star for an enjoyable experience. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!!!! The service was amazing but the food was the star of the night. We shared a Stand By Your Lamb meal and it was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly. The portion size was more than enough for two people and it would be the best lamb meal I have ever eaten. We will be back. Our compliments to the chef. Thanks team.

The establishment required that we scan in, and checked out our covid passes. All staff were wearing masks.
We had the Christmas special which consisted of shared entries, main, and desert.
The portion sizes were generous, and truth to be told I could have stopped at the starters.
They have a wide selection of beers, and our sober drivers enjoyed their mocktails.
