★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for dinner with the partner and straight away was blown away with the service, staff were super friendly and even complimented my mask! They had cool buttons on the table to call the staff over which made the experience more personal and convenient. The food was well priced and good sized portions! Our waitress Amelia was very lovely and helpful and always had a bright and uplifting attitude. Great atmosphere and amazing service. Well done! Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for a great dining experience Lone Star! We came here as a group of 8- 4 adults with our children that range in age from 4 months to 4 years. The team looked after us from the moment we arrived. It was such a great choice for our kids. Their meals were so well priced and they loved them. All our meals were huge and yummy. We felt relaxed and enjoyed the meal- a real achievement when dining with kids! A brilliant family restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional dining experience, we hadn't made reservations and the staff were more than accommodating as soon as we walked through the doors. Prices are amazing especially the kids meals with free drinks and dessert. Wait staff have impeccable table service, the entire area was very clean including the restrooms. Food was served hot and super fast, not to mention delicious and massive portions.
I highly recommend to all, I was super impressed and will definitely be back again next time I'm in Rotorua.
