The work carried out on the alterations to my expensive coat was first class. Everything was done to excellence. I will definitely be back and recommend this service to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend this place enough! I always come to Looksmart - Botany to get all my alterations done. The staff are always willing to help no matter the job and do it with a warm and welcoming smile :)
I just had my work pants altered and considering the amount of work they had to put in to altering them, they were happy to accept the challenge. They always go above and beyond and I recommend this branch to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ooo my god such a bad And horrible experience with looksmart alteration staff .The lady who attended me today she itself told me that she is manager(Middle age Indian lady ) ..I think she must learn how to talk to clients she is extremely rude and unprofessional .I wish I will give them zero reviews.First they overcharged and then did the wrong work .My daughter is so upset .instead of excepting the fault she blaming us .I request everyone please don’t go to this shop .
