=============================================== OMG!! This is the first time ever I had so much problems with one company in my life. They are an absolute rip off. I can't believe how they misguide people in their website for laser hair removal packages. here are some examples of my issues I had with them : 1. I have purchased FULL arm and FULL legs on their website but what they don't tell you is that the hands and feet do not count as FULL legs and FULL arms. so you have purchase those separately. 2. my first session was an absolute pain laser treatment and the therapist told their manager that I was so sensitive but after their other therapist advised me in my next session, it was not my fault, the first therapist DIDN'T know what setting she should use for my skin tone and hence I went through so much pain and I didn't even get the result I needed. 2. I have pre purchased a package of everything and now I have one session left but I am moving house to another city. however, they are not gonna give me my remaining session credit so I can go and use it in the other branch that will be close to my new home. they're saying that I basically have to have it as a credit in their shop and it's my problem as to what to do with it!!! Take it or leave it situation!!? what a truly rip off and ridiculous way of doing business and making money. this is not any different than stealing money. So, please do not fall in their trap. other laser clinics are so much better to deal with, e.g. Nude Laser clinic or Laser clinics NZ. all I had with these people was nightmare and money lost now. ======================================================== UPDATE to respond to the rude owner of this branch in Tauranga: first of all, how dare you sharing a private matter about our Tribunal case, this is a breach of privacy and can't be tolerated. However, to be honest, I am not surprised as you have been falsely accusing me for few times and so this attitude of breaching privacy is expected from you too. Now, since you brought it up, to make sure everyone will know the actual truth, the Tribunal outcome was not a lost for me, it was a 50/50 outcome which was because, I (as just regular consumer) couldn't provide enough evidence of what your manager told me on the phone at the beginning, to prove my point of being misguided. and now, of course you're manipulating this outcome too, to make yourself look better. I think my review and your comments are just good enough for people to judge who's right and who's wrong.

I had a peel done with Mikayla and summer and it was a fantastic treatment. My skin feels amazing and the girls did an amazing job. Would highly recommend seeing mikayla!

As someone who has not really taken interest in skincare prior to 2 years ago, the treatment at Cosmetic Clinic Bayfair has been exceptional. Scarring that occurred during childhood has been almost removed with their dermal needling and my skin has never felt better. Shandray has provided me with the results beyond my expectations

My name is Maria Page and I have corresponded with you with from this email address. Please re-check your database. I am most certainly there. I don't give out this one-star review lightly. For the Cosmetic Clinic Bayfair owner and the Cosmetic Clinic head office, and the main franchisee owner, your stance on NOT providing refunds to those without a vaccination certificate is nothing short of appalling. I appreciate the position your services were placed in and the mandating of close contact with businesses. However, to not provide refunds for services to those that can't access it is plain wrong. What is more astounding is the email responses and messaging on your website that it is somehow in the hands of the government to provide clarification on your refund policy. Quote from your website (still not updated as of 1st April when announcement around the dropping of vaccine passes was 23rd March): COVID-19 Refund Policy If you are unable to provide a Vaccination Certificate, please know that we are currently waiting to hear from the Government about how this will be handled. Please know we be following refund policies as laid out by the Government once announced. Please. I'd like to understand when it was that the government announced they would be providing a policy on refunds to businesses? I have managed to receive refunds from other organisations, so I cannot see how this is relevant whatsoever. It's also incredibly difficult to get a reply from the owner (Katie Mead). If you take a position like this, the owner should have the business nous to take ownership, not leave it with staff to manage.

I’ve been to The Cosmetic Clinic and Nude laser before and prefer Nudes service as it is more private and they don’t push their products. The Cosmetic Clinic ‘requires’ you to buy a $60 recovery jell, takes photos of the laser area and doesn’t leave the room when you get changed. The requirement of the jell is explained to put the risk on you…’if any problems arise we will ask you if you used the jell’. Interesting that they can say it is a requirement to purchase something after you paid for/booked their services. With Nude on the other hand (who’ve treated me ten times), I’ve never had any problems and they don’t push their products.

Always enjoy my appointments here. Super professional ( even when training new team) the girl on reception included herself in conversation which makes you feel so welcome. Amazing treatments, amazing prices, best skincare range, fabulous team
