β β β β β Today I went in store to purchase shoes for my son, I was having a hard time finding the right style and shoe for him. A young lady come over to see if I needed help, we found a shoe that he liked and we agreed was right for him so she proceeded to look for this shoe in his size in storage, she come back with a size up as there were none available, however it was way too big. She went to the storage room to look through again for his size as she saw online that there were a pair in stock, again she come back and couldn't find them, she went next door to try there and again no luck. We tried another brand and it didn't work out, regardless she stuck with us throughout our dilemma, with patience and an optimistic attitude. After going back and forward we decided on the original shoe which are the black Adidas swift run XC & got it a size up. Throughout our experience in store she maintained a professional manner and focused on keeping her customers happy and we really appreciated that. I told my cousin that she gave us an awesome shopping experience and it has been quite some time since we've received service like that. To top it off after paying for the shoes, we were about to leave & she farewelled me in my native tounge - Te reo MΔori - Definitely put a smile on my face. βΊοΈ
The receipt says we were served by Amanda & we shopped in store around 4pm.
This young lady deserves recognition for a job well done ?β

β β β β β Customer service was disgusting!! I was looking for t-shirts for myself. When I asked the Retail Assistant for help, she looked at me as if I had covid and in a dumb voice she said 'sorry??' "they're over there' (abruptly). DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. LUCKY I WASN'T MYSTERY SHOPPING. This store would have scored very low!!
