★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! Would never go back there! Went in to get the hem on a dress brought up a little but the assistant was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a customer service setting! Once I had the dress measured and pinned I was told it would take 4 days to have it done and I paid $72 to have it taken up, which is a long time and a lot of money for a simple hem job! But so be it I needed it sorted! then about 30 seconds later found out my partners mother could take it up for me that night for free! So I requested a cancellation and refund. This is when I was told that they do not issue refunds through eftpos and I would need to hand over my bank account details and the money would be in my account in a weeks time!!! And what’s more when I asked for a receipt to confirm that the money would be reversed I was refused! So now I just have to wait and pray they pay me back! Very poor service and poor form for a shop in a big shopping mall not to have a refund card to reverse the transaction! Staff were very rude and service very poor! Will never go back there and would strongly warn anyone against going to look smart alterations!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this store for my husbands alterations, the young lady that served us last Saturday was by far the rudest person I have ever met in customer service,
Didn’t crack a smile and was just so rude and stroppy towards us. When we went to pick up the trousers today (which were altered very well to be fair) the brand new suit trousers looked all dusty like they have been pulled all along the floor and all creased up. I think items should be returned the way you took them in and shouldn’t come out needing a visit to a dry cleaners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked there, so I'm biased, but they're great, they can take your trousers up in an hour, and do a really nice job of it. It is a little expensive at times but you'll always get the best solution for your problems. Plus the work they do is really gorgeous, there is nothing more satisfying than a well pressed freshly done hem at the right legnth.
Edit: I no longer stand by the previous positive review I made. Management there is overall not great. And the hems aren’t finished well so they tend to come apart. They will also up charge you if you go to higher end, or more popular branch, without telling you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband went here to have suit altered prior to our wedding. He had pants hemmed as were too long, great work done on this. Picked slower option so took three days which was not an issue for us. Ideally would have preferred to receive a notification when job was finished. Husband would have also preferred more guidance on what changes would have been suitable as he felt unsure. Overall service was fine and job was completed well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my trousers to Riccarton Westfield to mend after a subpar repair job in another alteration store. Riccarton were friendly very quick and the lady I dealt with was polite and had a lot of empathy. Much appreciated. I would highly recommend this alteration shop. Well done.
