★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a happy panda with buying boots , last Thursday and by Friday the zip broke and taking them back .. was told can’t replace them or give me my money back .. so now Wednesday rang to see how things are going, they just send them to be fixed and hopefully by the weekend they might be fixed.. sorry have been a customer for years and they have been great but very angry with the way I have been treated.. I live in methven and made a special trip on Saturday to take them back.. the girl was unhelpful and felt ..like what the hell .. why did I spend $280 on them .. seriously I just want my boots but that doesn’t seem to Matter to them . ???
