My mum and I came into your riccarton branch today. We both have mask exemptions but my mum chooses to wear hers as much as she possibly can to protect others, as we are all trying to do our bit to protect from Covid. She had pulled her mask down from her nose to breathe for a minute as she has sinus issues due to a broken nose and felt like she was going to faint. Your staff member in the store stood at the counter YELLING at my mum to pull her mask over her nose and then she LAUGHED at us when mum explained why she had pulled it down. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from your staff member so we left the store and bought shoes elsewhere. I will NEVER be shopping here again after that disgusting service and discrimination against us for our exemptions. We had no issues with any other store in riccarton mall and all other shops treated us kindly.

I was disappointed when I went here because the lady in the shop was quite rude when I was looking at some heels. She gave me one heel to try on (had to ask for the other one) and then she just stood their not helping. She didn't treat me very nice until she realized I was going to buy the shoes, then she snapped out of whatever mood she was in and it is like a switch flipped inside her because then she was super nice. I love my shoes, but the customer service was bad

Hi I must say Elizabeth in Riccarton mall the best. She gives you the best customer satisfaction and I got so good deals. The best salesperson for your store. Lovely to meet her and will come again

Okay service got my partner what she wanted costed $30 more than what her original choice was, checkout with after pay was a hassle for me I had to go sort it out n then come back and have to wait around ten minutes to be served again with only 1 other person in the store my patience is usually sweet but 2 people to serve one person what a joke......

I when to the store at Riccarton today the 29th April 2022 around 4pm. The manager of this store was so rude with me and my friends that we left and when to buy the shoes at Northland mall. I felt so sorry for the girl that work there because she was lovely to me one day before. I'm not sure how can someone like her be the manager of a shop like that.

There was an issue with my Click & Collect order email confirmation coming through (these things happen!) but when I phoned the Riccarton branch to ask about it’s status, Eliza told me in a very rude tone β€œI can’t find an order that doesn’t exist”, despite the fact I had an order number & had already paid! I see there are various poor reviews on customer service at this store, and I can see why. Managed to sort my order through the Customer Care team & issue was resolved.

Need to update their website with correct stock levels. If the "in stock" function isn't accurate then perhaps disable the feature instead of wasting not only your customers time but your own....Just placed a click and collect order on the website, says the shoes are in stock and ready to pick up in 2 hours then receive an email 2 hours later stating "Whilst processing your order, we have discovered that we are currently out of stock at your nomiated click and collect store for the below item(s)"

Extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The lady was extremely rude when I was looking for boots. I asked to try a pair on and was given one shoe to try on and didn't even help me or ask me how it feels then I had to ask for the other one to try on. She gave me a rather rude look. That lady was extremely rude to me until I bought the boots then she was all nice and friendly. Looking at other comments this is not the first time this occurred and the service is not improving. I love your shoes but this is clearly not the way to treat your customers!!! You should treat all your customers the same. Rather than only being nice to the ones that buy anything!!!
