β β β β β I used to shop in Ponsonby Store since 2017. I found the customer service in the NewMarket store dropped dramatically compared to the Ponsonby store.
Today, I tried more than 7 pants. During the whole section, nobody asked me if everything was Ok. What I heard and saw was three staff standing in the fitting room chatting. It was the first time happened to me in a Lululemon store. Maybe they changed the customer service standard as they are more and more popular.
