And time before that, one of the saleslady grabbed my babies hand (less than 3 months old) while I was walking away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service however, found exact pair of earrings at Stewart Dawson at a fraction of the price. $143 vs. $65. Also the matching pendant $135 vs. $65. I could've bought the whole set for less than the one pair of earrings. Put me off MH forever, I think?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David, the person in michael hill Manukau Westfield blamed me that I should have cut the line/cue and knock on their door instead of waiting there in the cue.
Since its level 3 lockdown, there's a security outside the door that watches all the customers if they are breaching the rules. As a good citizen, I dont't want to cut the line because there's a customer in the entrace door of Michael Hill.
I have been waiting on the cue for 15 mins and the customer in the entrance door is still the same person.
So, I called David and asked nicely if I can pick up quickly my order since it wont take long. Instead of apologizing, he blamed me about not knocking on the entrance door knowing im only there for click and collect
I feel disrespected. I wont come back there anymore. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most appaling service I've ever received. Shocking customer service. Wish there was an option for a zero or negative star rating. Will never return to any Michael Hill store following my recent experience. Overpriced, poor selection, and the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. I'm surprised this store is still operating. To top it all off I keep getting spammed with emails asking me to rate my shopping experience despite me having sent 2 separate responses to which I've heard nothing back. No apology, no we'll do better, just another spam email asking me to rate my experience? @Michaelhill read your customer reviews and provide your staff with some training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've completely lost trust in Michael Hill. I've happily informed Kharishma and Eddie I won't be ever returning to Michael Hill again. As a patron for over 10 years and my family having a long association with Michael Hill I'm happily never returning again. I will happily give my business to other jewellery stores. The Asian staff in particular are rude and unprofessional. They're quick to assume and lack basic sale skills. The final situation which made me disgusted was their constant negligence. I waited over three weeks for a link extension for a watch I had brought for my grandmother. Instead they removed two links and told me I had to wait another two weeks for the extension. From that moment I knew that their negligence could be no longer tolerated. Don't ever waste your time on Michael Hill. They have zero empathy and have no respect for patrons. I regret buying jewellery and gifts from them. Goodbye Michael Hill. Good riddance.
