★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought blush and some more products. we just left the store but then realized that one of the product color is little bit dark so i went back to store same time in 5 mint and ask for light shade but they haven't got tin stock so i asked for store credit so i can use in future purchase or buy something online or a gift card .but the manger dined and store policy says they cant do anything so bit annoyed policies never recommend M.A.C store to buy anything . always buy online at least you can exchange or get credit for another products . even we are just asking for credit not refund so we can use in future purchases . sorry for the store staff and other customer who bought product but was unable to exchange or choose another products later if they don't have in stock .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store needs to teach their employees how to welcome customers. This one slim lady with specs on was such a spoiler. Requested her to show some shades of a color I had a sample of and she acted like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Ofc you should know better because you are in a makeup store but never should ylu boast about your knowledge and make a customer feel bad about not knowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to the lady with red hair who helped me with my makeup on a particularly rough day. She helped me select a range of makeup from concealers and foundation to a nice lipstick and eyeliner that would suit me. I am a very happy customer.
