★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually get good experience but today was the worst experience just because of one sales girl. On receipt it says served by GEMMA. She was so rude since the beginning as I was there to exchange something. Unfortunately I didn’t have a receipt and somehow the purchase was not showing in my history. She just keep making me feel bed as if I’m doing some kind of fraud over 20$ product. I understand her position as well but she was not being nice to me the entire time. Being in make up industry she should know that u need to use product for atleast for few hours to see the results and she was just accusing me for not trying on me before I but and explaining Sephora’s exchange policy (well I’m not buying for the 1st time there). Finally I gave up and end up paying for other products instead of exchange as other people were waiting. Really bad customer service of that particular person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below Average customer service, Cashier was rude. Lady at the door practically snatched our bags when the alarm went off as we were walking out and was very condescending towards us. Pretty much followed through the store. Definitely prefer Mecca or the Queen Street sephora store as they are more welcoming and friendly.

Whilst helping other customers and being clearly busy she was still able to help me find products and make some amazing recommendations on new products for my professional kit. I felt very well looked after and got everything I needed. I was also impressed with her extensive product knowledge. Divya was amazing and is a real asset to the store! Thanks Divya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the reviews below I didn’t have one bad encounter with the representatives at this store. I put a 4 star because I was lost looking for products and didn’t get assistance HOWEVER the store was packed! They can only help so many people- so I didn’t mind. But when I DID speak with a worker they were so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Il be back for sure. Just need time to let my bank account heal haha

Firstly they delivered 530$ worth products on wrong address which I never got back or refunded secondly had another visit in their Sylvia park store and spent over 300$ again and absolutely bought the wrong products with the help of inexperienced staff!! On my very first visit in Sephora store I told them that this is totally my first time using make up and if they can help me out buy the right foundations and all… tried them in stores was something else and when tried at home omg!! Looked so horrible on my face!! God knows why too much lightening in their stores or whatever!! So altogether within 15 days I wasted over 800$ which all went to rubbish with no good use of it.
So disappointed!!
Definitely recommend buying and stick with Mac products…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the Google reviews, I was a bit hesitant about going to this store, however, I'm so glad I went!
I had a disappointing experience in another makeup store while desperately trying to find the perfect makeup for my wedding - the catch being that I RARELY wear makeup, so I have no idea where to start.
Right at the door, the lady asked if I needed help, and called over the BIGGEST RAY OF SUNSHINE to help me ❤️ five stars to the store, five stars to the products, five stars to the staff, and five stars to JOSIE!
I cannot thank Josie enough for spending so much time with me, listening to me, talking with me, and ultimately finding the most perfect products for my skin. She was so happy and positive, and really made a daunting experience one that I would love to have again! She answered all of my questions, gave the best advice, and really wants what is best for her clients and wants them to be happy. She is relatable, knowledgeable, understanding, and just definitely someone who is perfect at helping the makeup noobies feel comfortable in a place full of makeup. Best experience I ever had, and safe to say I have the perfect knowledge and products to hopefully be able to pull of my big day!
At the end of the day, it is a shame that people have had poor experiences, however, it's also important to share good experiences too. Thank you so much to everyone at Sephora Sylvia Park x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally just left Sephora at Sylvia Park and was so impressed with Maia’s customer service. She was patient, kind and VERY knowledgeable. I left with a couple products I needed today.
I am actually going to purchase most of the products she suggested today. A lot of the products were sold out (not surprised) so I’ll be purchasing them online.
Maia, as I mentioned today, your make up looked FLAWLESS. Thanks again for all your help!
