She made it clear to the shop assistant what she wanted, and a Chinese girl carelessly sold her a shampoo at the checkout (they spoke to each other in Chinese). When she took a bath in the evening, she find that the bath oil she bought was actually shampoo. My gf had sensitive skin and was especially worried about allergies. This is too bad!!
