★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service attitude of the southeast Asia lady wearing glasses is really bad, no wonder no one goes to consume, I Hope that the person in charge can pay attention to this issue after seeing the evaluation, otherwise no one really wants to consume again, I have never experienced such a bad service no unless the lady wearing glasses in southern Asian doesn't work there, I will spend it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in this store twice and unfortunately the second time I had such a negative experience a few months ago with the person helping me look at products.
I asked what they had for dark spots and explained that I had some acne scarring I would like to even out. The assistant told me "it's not going to work on what's already there" so I had to say again, it's for my scars not for my overall complexion.
When she went to the counter to get me a tester of a product the other assistant was making an amused expression at her collegue. So disappointing and honestly, incredibly rude and racist. I will never come to this particular store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiehls Sylvia Park. Just no customer service skills all. Been there a few times and some of the lady's working there just have a sour face, no smile, almost looks at me in a snobby way so will not go there anymore. No wonder this place is always empty ??

She helped me get the right products I needed for my face and I found the Khiels face wash had a big impact on my face in terms of my face feeling smoother and I didn’t break out as much. I would definitely go back for more products.
