★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the unfortunate experience using Mach Glass
promised the world but ended in a disaster, they tried to installed non Audi glass to my lady's Audi TT convertible , the quality of their work was appalling, they even got silicon on the cloth roof, which then forced us to have the roof completely replaced, so going from a free glass claim went to us paying a access insurance claim
Even they admitted to our insurance company they should never have touched the car
we have the photos to all prove this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had two side windows replaced, initially installed the wrong side on one door, door panel was loose afterwards, window fell down inside of door after installation while driving. They don't want to make the situation right, they may be cheap but absolutely not worth it, wouldn't go near them if i had the chance again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called outside of hours and spoke with John about my sons rear window being smashed.
He asked me to send insurance details and some photo's of the car along with numbers from other glass.
Told him that my son was an essential worker being a nurse and he went above and beyond to have it repaired by 12-30pm the next day. Handled everything professionally and finish was tidy and ready to go.
Thanks to john. Russell and his team. It made it stress free for my son and I.
