It is more than 3 weeks that my item has been picked up by their courier and it has not been delivered yet, annoyingly both sender and reciver are located in Auckland and both are in Urban areas. Covid is not an excuse anymore! NZpost and Fastway are delivering their items in a few days now! FYI Not sure why Cotton on uses this company, maybe their services is only a few cents cheaper! Asked Cotton-on to cancel my order but they just closed my ticket. Cotton-on and this company both deserve 0 star for their poor services.

Suppose to receive my parcel today. I was waiting and tracking online..white van pulled up outside my door guy wearing toll uniform. Jumped out of the van looked at the back at left without even knocking and updated the tracker( delivery attempted - not delivered) what a joke. I will be posing the video online later.

What can I say, this company just don't care. I have 2 packages 1 from Cotton on, 1 from SHEIN, both not delivered. Call customer service and all they can do is Email the depot and still no response. Have escalated 4 times now and still no package. Cotton on's package is over 11 days delay. SHEIN was first signed into them over 10 days ago. The Customer Service Manager asked me to contact Cotton On and ask them for redelivery as I may get that package faster? What is that saying about them? He explained he has no way to see where my package is? And can't promise that I would get my original package by Christmas?!?! Tell me how is this possible for 2 different package from different companies go missing? Also 1 formal complaint lodged on their website and still no update either. Now I have to do the running around and request those companies for my money back. Wasting my time due to your lack of management and care.

Their slowness certainly takes its Toll on you. My parcel has been sitting in this warehouse for weeks. Toll Wellington sent it up pretty quickly, but now it's stuck in the Toll Auckland vortex. Also very concerned to see all these fake delivery attempts occurring for others. Is Toll paying its drivers per delivery instead of a decent hourly rate, so they end up taking short cuts? When Aramex is whole weeks faster than you maybe it's time to refresh the Toll NZ management.

I patiently waited for your 7-day delay in delivering my parcel. I check the status today and it says “delivery attempted” but no one gave me a call and no one left a card?! No one thought to check that there are two units in the address and probably knocked on the wrong door. Now I have to wait again and will probably miss the delivery again because of people doing the same thing. We’re on lockdown for goodness sake. We can’t come to the depot to pick up our parcels and some of us are working from home and won’t have time to wait by the door for a delayed delivery!

I stay in akl CBD and my delivery address is NZ post collection here in the CBD, due to staying in a apartment building. Toll have said they won't deliver there because NZ POST are their COMPETETION?‍♀️ now I have to travel 21min to pick-up my parcel. I probably will avoid ordering from any shop that uses TOLL as their delivery company now. Sooooo inconvenient.

Worst delivery service I've experienced ever. My order was out for delivery on 08/11 however, the delivery man ran out of time and reallocated my order elsewhere. Three days later still no sign for my parcel out for delivery. If the delivery man fails to deliver my parcel as he ran out of time wouldn't my parcel be a priority the next day instead of reallocation? I've contacted customer service multiple times yet no progress. Once a rude customer service lady also hung up on me instead of listening to my situation. Customer service is really horrible. They need to sort this out. Even if we try to call them we're on hold for more than 2 hours. They really need to sort out their service. I'm getting no answers from this company in regards to my parcel. If they can't do the job at least allow me to pick it up. Who is responsible if they lose my parcel? Are you going to pay for the amount of money I spent online? Good luck getting any reply from this company. Pathetic service don't recommend ever !

If a customer walks inside the reception area...has to stand and wait for 5minutes while staff are on the computer screens, they saw me walking in...and eventually ring the bell to get their attention...then they have to call out to each other on who will be helping the customer....very, very poor customer service. If I had a choice on my parcel orders, I would definitely not use nor recommend Toll as a logistics service provider. I hope online merchants can read this review.
