Having purchased a new Mazda from Ultimate Motor Group I arrived for my first 10,000 km service, at your Second Ave UMG Service Centre. I had never been here before. With no where to park, because the driveway was full I stopped my car off to the side in the empty mechanics floor area then I went to step out of my car to go and ask the reception team where I should park my car. Before I was even able to step out and ask my question I was immediately yelled at by Jordon from reception, β€œyou can’t park here!”, loudly and rudely 3 times, then he rudely snatched my keys. I clearly told Jordan I did not appreciate his rudeness - he did not attempt to apologise. He was so rude that my partner who is intending to buy a new Ford vehicle shortly, was put off purchasing from UMG. We get you’re busy but as there was no obvious signage where to park, and yellow lines on your driveway, instead of yelling at your clients all you needed to do was simple direct where to park - your role is customer service and UMG website clearly states UMG prides itself on its service. Jordan has for us completely undone the good service the rest of the team gave us at Hewletts Road UMG in one 10 second rant!
