★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the deserts they are so dam good but today I had found a hard like broken tile or hard sharp plastic in my snickers cheesecake . My family have come many times this year and have never been disappointed of your guys yum cakes. But ouch lol. Just giving heads up just incase others might have broken a tooth too?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love these desserts but the girl who serves at the counter has an attitude problem. Been to the store a few times and she’s nothing but a buzz kill. Loudly groaning when we incorrectly said something or isn’t even welcoming. Don’t serve at the front if you’re gonna be like that. Sort it out tbh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect dessert place, affordable prices and definitely worth the money. I would’ve gave it 5 stars but the only downside is the young lady serving at the front. I’ve been there quite often and she’s been very unwelcoming every single visit. No smile, no greeting but has the biggest attitude and snobby face. It’s like she gets annoyed that people are coming to buy from them. She needs more training or just keep her at the back bcs it’s so tiring having to see her every visit with the biggest frown, kotiro ma sort it out!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl in the front need lessons on customer service. No hello no smile just too busy looking at her phone!
The desserts are way too sweet. The pudding and custard was overly sweet. Imagine squeezing a whole bottle of syrup & sugar in your mouth, that sweet.
Cheesecake crust is not sturdy and way less for the amount of filling/toppings in those tubs.
Hopefully they'll improve in the future - that goes with their customer service.
