★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our GP is always fully booked, you have to book weeks in advance and predict what day youre going to be sick, the nurse never returns your call so whats the point of them taking messages if no one follows up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my medical centre and the team is awesome, they really have a good system in answering phones and the appointment system just makes sense. I think they need to teach other practices how they make things flow.

I called to confirm my appointment 2min after it was supposed to have started, the receptionist Sandy confirmed Dr. would call back before closing - Never got a call back & have waited over an hour. I understand that the healthcare industry is currently being overwhelmed with the cv19 traffic light system prioritising severity/walk-ins however a consultation would be much preferable than to be going to the hospital for something insignificant OR waiting for that insignificance to become hospital level of pain.

Although I had to phone them a couple of times beforehand since they were busy but they followed through and a nurse returned my call to book the appointment. On the day, the GP called me in the morning for a brief phone consultation and prescribed me medicine. I was attended by Nurse Sevita who answered all my questions and paid attention to all my concerns. She was engaging and thorough. Pleasant first experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my health centre with the same doctor for nearly 40 years(I was a baby), and this doctor is now my children's doctor so it speaks for itself. I find making appointments easy, the nurse is friendly and informative and on to it when reminding me about due check ups. The receptionists are lovely and approachable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost 3+ years with this clinic and you can never get an appointment on the same week! Probably lucky enough to get a slot in 2 weeks.
So frustrating!!!
Tried the online thing they say that helps and submitted a request last week and still no call backs.
Reception makes it worse! You don’t feel welcomed when you call in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received a very negative treatment from the nurse that I was scheduled to see. I emailed my concerns to the clinic but received no response. I hope they will follow up and take action. I have had good service and nice experience with the previous nurse and the receptionist but not the last one.
