★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally go here to user the courier service so this rating is based on this. Numerous times, the A4 size courier bags are not available so I prepurchase this in bulk from the Auckland CBD. On Friday, went to drop off a parcel to Lower Hutt, the attendant took over 30 minutes to process this as she could not figure out where Lower Hutt was despite the printed address being crystal clear. The parcel has still not reached its destination and it is 2 days already. Very poor service. Avoid this Post Shop if you can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lata your customer services sucks and you need to learn to respect all customers coming in your branch , you've been working there long enough as I've grew up in this area and my parents only come to this branch because the mangere bridge one closed down ! And I remember you very well , with being in the mangere area would come to think that you would have more respect for others but no! You discriminated me and my mother earlier this morning , and I wasn't having that ! Hope you learn to respect everyone or maybe move to a branch that's more suited for your personality !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer services from lata this morning at 8.30am 24/04/19 me and my daughter had come in and was first in the line while the two lady's at the desk were serving other customers. The workers being Pacific islander and Indian (lata) , lata had finished with the customer she was serving and we were next but lata decided the inidan lady that she had served previously was next ! My daughter had said to lata and the lady that pushed in line , that there was a line and we were first , latas exuse was that she told her she could come to her straight after she finished ! Well no because if it was busy all the customer in line wouldn't be happy at all just like we were ! They proceeded to speak in there own lanuage which is really rude !! That to me is discrimantion there a lines for a reason so things like this don't happen ! Lata needs to fix her customer services and respect everyone she services as being local around the area we had to come to this branch only because our other branch closed down !
