★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow customer service we standing in line for nearly 45minutes with the queues like 11people and they get tired standing. That how will make me change of the banks to other service provider like ASB. Atleast staff come out and ask for help but not in Westapac otahuhu. Very pathetic SERVICE. Wont recommend anyone in what my recommendations.
