Before listing with Maria, we had chatted with different agents from different companies and found that she provided the best advice and suggested the best way to market our property. She also came up with suggestions as to how to make our property more saleable.
She is helpful and very well informed and is very professional in all aspects. Her attention to detail; her knowledge of the market trends in the area and her βcan doβ attitude is a definite plus.
The property was on the market for 9 weeks before there was an offer; and that was including the 6 weeks in Covid-19 Lockdown. At all times she kept us informed and updated. The property was sold with a satisfactory outcome.
Not only did she sell our property, she also helped me with the purchase of my next house and I must admit that without her assistance, it would not have gone smoothly. She liaised with the other agent and managed to tie in all the dates and included specific conditions in the contract so that it would be a smooth process.
We would highly recommend Maria to anyone, whether if you are selling or buying.
