What does a mortgage advisor do?
It is our job to find you the best product for your situation Not all lenders are created equal and it is our job, by being experts in the field of lending, to know where you fit best. We take away the pain of dealing with the lenders directly and we are also no cost to you in most cases.
How much deposit do I need?
Inmost cases we can get you lending with as little as 10% deposit, however there are conditions that must be met for these loans to be approved. There are also higher costs to service these types of loans.
20% deposit is the most preferable and easier to obtain as they are more preferable to lenders.

β β β β β Highly recommend getting in touch with Nick if you're looking at buying a home. After banks tightened up their lending rules we reached out to Nick for assistance.
Within a few weeks of working with Nick we purchased our first home in Auckland. If it wasn't for Nick we'd still be trying to secure a home loan.

β β β β β Being a first home buyer I attempted multiple brokers and avenues to get finance for my first home over a period of 6 months, all of which failed.
With a number of hoops to jump through between size of the unit, previous remediation, liability and other factors, I was beginning to think it wasnβt going to be possible.
